At Beautique Fragrances, we want you to be completely enchanted by your signature scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused fragrance in its original designer box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective cushioning to prevent breakage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
